fa -الزامات آزمون کومبز- Coombs Test Requirements خون شناسی (هماتولوژی) خون شناسی (هماتولوژی) مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">بسیاری از پیشرفت های اخیر در طب انتقال خون مدرن، مرهون ابداع آزمون آنتی گلوبولین یا آزمون کومبز است. بی شک بدون این ابداع، آسیب شناسی بسیاری از کم خونی های همولیتیک همچنان ناشناخته باقی می ماند و همچنان شاهد رخدادهای همولیتیک تزریق خون دست کم از نوع دیررس می بودیم. علیرغم به کارگیری مواد تقویت کننده واکنش های هماگلوتیناسیون نظیر پلی اتیلن گلیکول، سرم فیزیولوژی با قدرت یونی کم، آلبومین و انواع آنزیم ها، بسیاری از آنتی بادی های از نوع <span dir="LTR">IgG</span> قادر به ایجاد هماگلوتیناسیون نیستند. معرف آنتی گلوبولین با ایجاد پل بین گلبول های قرمز از پیش حساس شده با آنتی بادی یا کمپلمان، تشخیص هماگلوتیناسیون را میسر می سازد. در این نوشتار الزامات نحوه انجام آزمون کومبز، کنترل کیفی و معتبر ساختن نتایج آن به اختصار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.</div> <span></span> <pre> <span style="font-family:tahoma;">Many of the recent advances in modern blood transfusion are due to the development of an anti-globulin test or coombs test. Without this invention, the pathology of most hemolytic anemia remains undoubtedly unclear. We also witnessed at least the delayed hemolytic transfusion reactions. Despite the use of hemagglutination-enhancing agents such as polyethylene glycol, low ionic strength saline, albumin and various enzymes, some IgG antibodies are not able to produce hemagglutination. The anti-globulin reagent allows the detection of hemagglutination by creating a bridge between the pre-sensitized red blood cells with antibodies or complements.
