fa ارزش اندازه گیری D-Dimer به عنوان یک بیومارکر در ارزیابی شدت بیماری و میزان مرگ و میر در مبتلایان به کووید-19، مطالعه مروری ژنتیک ژنتیک مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">پاندمی کووید-19 که توسط کرونا ویروس <span dir="LTR">2019-nCoV</span> ایجاد شده به یکی از بزرگ ترین مشکلات بهداشتی قرن حاضر تبدیل شده است. از آنجا که این بیماری در جامعه بشری جدید بوده و سابقه قبلی ندارد بنابراین اطلاعات ما درباره آن ناقص می باشد و محققان سعی دارند با بررسی های گسترده ابعاد مختلف بالینی و تغییراتی که در بدن انسان توسط عملکرد این ویروس ایجاد می شود را&nbsp; مطالعه نمایند. پر واضح است هدف این مطالعات یافتن راه های پیشگیری و درمان بیماری و در نهایت مبارزه با این ویروس می باشد. <span dir="LTR">D-Dimer</span> یکی از محصولات ناشی از تخریب فیبرین در بدن بوده که در خون قابل اندازه گیری می باشد با افزایش پروسه لیز فیبرین در اختلالات انعقادی مقدار این محصول نیز در خون افزایش خواهد یافت و بیانگر شدت یافتن بیماری خواهد بود. در بیماری کووید-19 با مکانیسم های متعددی که هنوز در دست بررسی می باشد فعالیت آبشار انعقادی افزایش یافته و این امر منجر به افزایش مقدار <span dir="LTR">D-Dimer</span> در خون بیماران می شود. براساس مطالعات صورت گرفته هر چه مقدار <span dir="LTR">D-Dimer</span> در خون بیماران زیادتر باشد حال بیمار وخیم تر بوده و نیاز به مراقبت &shy;های پزشکی بیشتری خواهد داشت. در این مطالعه مروری رویکردهای مختلفی نسبت به <span dir="LTR">D-Dimer</span> در بیماری کووید-19 و درمان &shy;های مرتب با آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The Covid-19 pandemic created by the 2019 Coronavirus-nCov has become one of the biggest health problems of the current century. Because this disease is new in human society and has no previous history, so our information about it is incomplete, and researchers are trying to study with extensive clinical studies and changes in the human body caused by the function of this virus. It is clear that the purpose of these studies is to find ways to prevent and treat the disease and ultimately fight the virus. D-Dimer is one of the products of fibrin degradation in the body that can be measured in the blood. As the fibrin lysis process increases in coagulation disorders, the amount of this product in the blood will also increase and indicate the severity of the disease. In Covid-19 disease, the activity of coagulation cascade is increased by several mechanisms that are still under investigation, and this leads to an increase in the amount of D-Dimer in the blood of patients. According to studies, the higher the amount of D-Dimer in patientschr(&#39;39&#39;) blood, the worse the patientchr(&#39;39&#39;)s condition and the more medical care he will needs.
