fa .مرور جامع بر سرطان پستان از پیشگیری، تشخیص تا درمان ژنتیک ژنتیک مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="color:black">سرطان پستان به عنوان شایع‌ترین نوع سرطان در میان زنان شناخته می‌شود و سالانه جان صدها هزار نفر را می‌گیرد و زندگی میلیون‌ها نفر را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. با وجود پیشرفت‌های اخیر در زمینه پیشگیری، شیمی درمانی و درمان‌های هدفمند، که بر اساس مرحله پیشرفت سرطان و نوع گیرنده‌های درگیر مانند تاموکسیفن، رالوکسیفن و مهارکننده‌های آروماتاز طراحی شده‌اند، نرخ بقا در کشورهای کمتر توسعه یافته همچنان پایین‌تر است.</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="color:black">هدف از این تحقیق، ارائه راهکارهای مؤثرتر و کارآمدتر برای پیشگیری از سرطان پستان و معرفی درمان‌های مفید است که بتوانند نرخ بقا را بهبود بخشیده و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان را افزایش دهند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black">Sciences, Yazd- Medical school</span></span><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"> Breast cancer is recognized as the most common type of cancer among women, claiming the lives of hundreds of thousands annually and affecting the lives of millions. Despite recent advancements in prevention, chemotherapy, and targeted therapies&mdash;such as tamoxifen, raloxifene, and aromatase inhibitors, which are designed based on the stage of cancer and the type of receptors involved&mdash;the survival rate remains lower in less developed countries.
