fa فناوری میکرو آرایه در غربالگری و تشخیص آزمایشگاهی زود هنگام سرطان ژنتیک ژنتیک مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">فناوری میکرو آرایه به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای پیشرفته در زیست شناسی مولکولی، امکان بررسی بیان هزاران ژن را به طور هم زمان فراهم می‌سازد و به طور گسترده در مطالعات مرتبط با سرطان مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. این تکنولوژی با تحلیل الگوهای بیانی ژن‌ها و تغییرات ژنتیکی، توانسته است نقش موثری در گروه بندی مولکولی سرطان، تشخیص زود هنگام، پیش آگهی سرطان و انتخاب درمان‌های هدفمند ایفا کند. در این مقاله مروری، ضمن معرفی اصول پایه‌ای عملکرد تکنولوژی میکرو آرایه، به کاربردهای آن در حوزه سرطان شناسی پرداخته شده و نمونه‌هایی از مطالعات موفق در این زمینه بررسی شده‌اند. همچنین، مزایا و محدودیت‌های این روش در کنار جایگاه آن در آینده پزشکی فرد محور مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه، درک بهتر قابلیت‌های میکرو آرایه و جایگاه آن در تشخیص‌های آزمایشگاهی سرطان می‌باشد.</span></span><b><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:IRNazanin"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:150%">Microarray technology is one of the most advanced tools in molecular biology, allowing researchers to analyze the expression of thousands of genes simultaneously. It has become widely used in cancer research, due to its ability to reveal gene expression patterns and genetic alterations. This has made it especially valuable in the molecular classification of cancer, early detection and diagnosis, prognosis, and the selection of targeted therapies. This article aims to introduce the fundamental principles of microarray technology, explores its applications in oncology, and highlights examples of successful studies in the field. It also discusses the advantages and limitations of this approach, along with its potential future role in personalized medicine.
