Drug interactions in medical test results are an important influencing factor that can lead to incorrect diagnosis and subsequent inappropriate treatment. Since many patients who visit medical and laboratory centers have taken at least one or more doses of common and available drugs before visiting, this can have a great impact on clinical examinations and test results. In addition, in many cases, due to inconsistency in patient test results, repeating tests and using unnecessary control serum wastes a lot of money and time from the laboratory, so the use of drugs and supplements can lead to incorrect diagnoses and inappropriate treatment decisions. To minimize these risks, it is necessary for doctors and laboratory specialists to have complete awareness of drug interactions and use appropriate strategies to identify and manage these interactions. In the meantime, considering the prevalence of neurological and mental diseases and the high consumption of psychiatric drugs, in this study we decided to examine the clinical and laboratory effects of such drugs.
