Clinical history and laboratory finding in four admitted patient with blood inclusions in peripheral blood

Since 1397 four patients with jaundice and unusual inclusion bodies in RBC and WBC were admitted to hospitals of Shiraz University of medical sciences. Some inclusion were visible within RBC only with vital stain and in one patient with both stains and some patient in neutrophils cytoplasm. In this article important laboratory findings that leads to final diagnosis is discussed in details.
